1. Returns: If you are not satisfied with your SodaStream exchange, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your tank, and we will give you a new tank free of charge. 

2. Underfilled Tanks: We take pride in providing full and properly filled SodaStream tanks. However, if you suspect that your tank is underfilled, please contact us immediately. We will replace any tank that is found to be underfilled at no additional cost to you. To initiate a replacement, please contact us at info@bubbabubble.co with your order details and a description of the issue.

3. Other Returns and Refunds: For returns and refunds not related to underfilled tanks, please contact us at info@bubbabubble.co. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
