Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bubba Bubble. We are committed to delivering your order directly to your doorstep with our dedicated delivery service within Portland.

1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 days of being received. Please note that processing times may vary during peak shopping seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Delivery Area: We provide direct delivery service within Portland. Unfortunately, we are unable to mail or ship products outside of this area at this time.

3. Delivery Costs: Delivery costs are included in the price of your tank.

4. Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been scheduled for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email and a followup text letting you know when to expect your delivery. 

5. Delivery Times: Our delivery driver will deliver your order within 1–4 days from the date of processing. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors. Deliveries are generally run on Mondays and Thursdays. 

6. Damaged or Lost Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@bubbabubble.co. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it as quickly as possible.
